Orange wine

The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed, they macerate for a month in steel, without punching down and with some pumping over; they are subsequently separated from the must and softly pressed. After decanting, it rests again in steel on the fine lees for four months. Bottled without filtration or clarification

Fresh and with gentle, savory and round tannins
