Cirelli Trebbiano Anfora 2022

Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Anfora is a white wine produced by Azienda Agricola Cirelli in Atri, Abruzzo, and obtained from 100% Trebbiano grapes harvested manually. Vinified completely in amphora with a short maceration and spontaneous fermentation which can last up to a month, it is subsequently decanted into another terracotta amphora where it ages for a year. Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Anfora has a clear nose of honey and beeswax, then the withered wild flowers and candied fruits are noticeable, when tasted it is full and soft, very fresh and perfect for a nice fry

Macerate in contact with the skins for 48 hours in an amphora, the fermentation can last up to a month in total, it is then decanted into another terracotta amphora where it rests for just under a year, then bottled

White flowers and practically withered yellow flowers, notes of ripe fruit tending towards candied fruit, citrus scents and mineral returns then the wax and honey are perceived

Full and soft while maintaining a very pleasant freshness that makes drinking worry-free, super persistent
