Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Anfora Riserva is a white wine produced by Azienda Agricola Cirelli in Atri, Abruzzo, and obtained from 100% Trebbiano grapes harvested manually. Vinified completely in whole bunch amphora with long maceration and spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts, it is subsequently decanted into another terracotta amphora where it ages for 4 years also carrying out the malolactic fermentation.
