Barolo DOCG Riva Rocca 2017, Nebbiolo

The bouquet is truly complex, ranging from violet and dried rose hips to underbrush and ash. There are hints of clove and Ginerpo, then leather, cherries in alcohol and dark chocolate, which precede the balsamic and mineral notes that close an olfactory spectrum from WOW. The taste is no less impressive, the great flavor is counterbalanced by vibrant freshness and exuberant tannins. The finish is long.

Barolo DOCG Sorano 2017, Nebbiolo

Rose and dried lavender explode on the nose, followed by hints of berries, star anise and tobacco. In the mouth it is delicious thanks to its extremely polite tannins, and its great balance. The sip is full and long. It is aged one year in large casks and two years in barriques.

Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Cascinotto 2018 x 2

Intense on the nose with hints of small red fruits, returns of violet and lavender, spices and chocolate in the end. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, round, with velvety tannins and a very long finish. For the aging to which it is subjected, longer than the domination would require can be thought of as a small Barolo.

Barbera d'Alba DOC Valletta 2018

The nose is intense, dominated by rhubarb, red fruits and underbrush, with a slight perception of dried leaves. The palate is consistent, fresh and fairly persistent.

Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba DOCG 2019 Sorì Pradurent

A decidedly typical, ultra-territorial, intense Dolcetto. Aged in barriques of at least second passage for 10 months. A full, enveloping and delicate wine, with hints of wild berries, floral returns of rose and sandalwood. The taste is pleasant and fresh, with exuberant but never intrusive tannins.
