  Twelve months of maceration in Georgian amphorae for a truly intriguing and profound version of Cabernet Franc. In the right hands, refinement in terracotta gives crystalline and very expressive wines.

Space nose, very complex. Dark fruits Blueberry and Currant, Violets, then Pepper and Humus, Earthy, Herbaceous with a Licorice and Pepper finish.

Wine with great freshness, intriguing tannin. The body is medium and very persistent on the finish
