It comes from less than 2 hectares planted in 1940. It ferments and matures in 600 liter barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year, it ages for 6 months in steel before being bottled

We are located in Jurançon, practically Pau, therefore very close to the Pyrenees, the company extends over 17 hectares, all organic, whose annual production stands at around 60,000 bottles.
Initially a farm for the breeding of livestock, the production of fruit and vegetables and the production of grapes to sell to the local cooperative, Clos Lapeyre has become a real winery since 1985.
