Vinification first in steel, with macerations ranging from 20 to 50 days depending on the vintage, then in large Austrian oak or terracotta barrels, they are bottled after 12/14 months without filtration or clarification

Red flowers and red fruit, earthy and hazelnut, mineral and vegetal notes

Powerful and warm, it drinks well, the tannins are dense but elegant, it is savory and long

Serving temperature 18°-20°

Gianluca Colombo began as a consultant winemaker for various wineries in the Langhe. In 2011 his first bet was Segni di Langa, followed in 2014 by the Gambelli prize as best young Italian winemaker.
