The grapes come from two different vineyards (the historic one from 1990 and the more recent one from 2013) and as such they are vinified separately, first in steel, with macerations ranging from 20 to 50 days depending on the vintage, then in different containers such as large Austrian barrels, used French Tonneaux and finally ceramics
Red fruits and undergrowth, Rose and Violet, light spiciness with mineral and earthy returns
Full and full-bodied, structured and with gentle, persistent tannins
Serving temperature 18°-20°
Pappardelle porcini mushrooms and pecorino
It offers emotions like the Suzuka circuit
Roddi (Cuneo)
Gianluca Colombo began as a consultant winemaker for various wineries in the Langhe. In 2011 his first bet was Segni di Langa, followed in 2014 by the Gambelli prize as best young Italian winemaker.
Gianluca is a volcanic producer, just taste his wines.
The company’s watchword is experimentation, towards a well-defined, elegant, juicy, pure style.
