🛁 It is a blend of indigenous grapes in varying percentages depending on the vintage. The vinification and the refinement happens separately for all the vines; subsequently the best lots are assembled in spring. Fermentation takes place in steel vats and maceration, again depending on the vintage, from 20 to 50 days. Finally, the wine is matured in large Austrian casks, used tonneaux and ceramics.

Gianluca Colombo started out as a consultant winemaker for various wineries in the Langhe. In 2011 his first bet Segni di Langa, followed in 2014 by the Gambelli prize as the best young Italian winemaker.
Gianluca is a volcanic producer, just taste his wines.
