Poggio Pastene 2015, Sangiovese
Obtained only in the best years with grapes coming from our parcel less vigorous. Maceration and fermentation in fibreglass vats and ageing in barriques. oak for 16 monthsi and 2 years in bottle. Full body, notes of red fruit jam complement leather and tobacco.
White 2020, Procanico, Grechetto, Malvasia
Blend of various native vines from old and new vineyards. Maceration on the skins for the duration of fermentation around 14 days. Post-pressing marc and storage of the wine in fibreglass vats until bottling at March.Fresh and with good acidity, citric and white flower aromas with a distinct sapidity typical of volcanic soil.
White Àmbar 2018, Grechetto, Vermentino
The uvand are macerated and fermented separately in stoneware jars. After pressing the wines are aged in oak barrels for 12 months and then assembled in fiberglass vats. Surprisingly easy drinking ripe wine. Light notes oftobacco and spices yes complement thefruity aromas.

Corvagialla was founded in 2007 in an area called Calanchi dell'Alta Tuscia, and can count on 4 hectares.
The first vines were planted in 2010 and blend in with the life already present on the farm, 300 olive trees, various fruit trees and many pine trees.
The owner, Beatrice Arweiler, was inspired by her grandparents' winery between Rhine and Moselle. Respect and love for nature did the rest.
Since 2018 Corva Gialla is certified organic. The training system is Guyot and sees Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Umbrian Grechetto, Trebbiano and Vermentino as the protagonists.
