Did you know that COS stands for the initials of the names of the three founders of the company?
These are Titta Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti, Cirino Strano and they gave birth to COS in 1980.
The three have erided (rented) the old family winery of Giuseppe Cilia, Titta's father and vineyard .
In these 30 years of experience they have revolutionized Cerasuolo di Vittoria.
They profess the Biodynamic "faith" and minimal intervention in the vineyard.
Theirs is also very interesting with the Spanish amphorae purchased 20 years ago
