Maceration for 20 days at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Refines for approximately 12 months in 15 hectoliter oak barrels and 8 months in the bottle
It opens with Violet and Lavender, then red Berries, a very light balsamic hint and Black Pepper
Extreme freshness with soft tannins on the palate, warm and with a solid structure, denoting a good persistent finish
