🛁 It comes from 55-year-old vines, macerates for 20 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and matures for about 12 months in 250-litre terracotta jars, then 8 months in the bottle.
👃🏻 Complex nose of dark petal flowers, ripe red fruits, black pepper, cocoa and balsamic notes at the end
👅 Excellent structure, the acid shoulder slowly gives way to an amazing softness characterised by really velvety tannins, long on the finish, savoury.
