Macerate in cement in contact with the skins for 14 days then refines 8 months in cement and 18 months in wood.

On the nose, hints of dark flowers and berries, undergrowth and puffs of tobacco and cloves

Perfect combination and balance between Acidity and Tannin, which counterbalance the softness of the structure.

Serving temperature 14°-16°

The company was founded in 1935, and is now managed by Ermanno Croci and his son Massimiliano.

Massimiliano strongly wanted to direct production towards a high quality, natural product that represented the tradition of Piacenza wines.

Croci’s objective is to produce wines that are genuine and identifiable, which enhance the territory and therefore respect it. The cellar is now a point of reference in terms of experimentation and research, aimed at discovering new methods of winemaking and refining local grapes.
