Pupillin, Jura Julien Mareschal is the owner of Domaine de la Borde, founded in 2003 and with a surface area of just 5 hectares in Cote de Caillote a few kilometres from Pupillin. The Domaine has been in biodynamic conversion since 2012. Before founding the Domaine, Julien travelled around the world accumulating enviable experience that he uses to make his magnificent wines, a pure expression of the terroir of Pupillin. The Jura is a region on the edge of magic, whose hectares under vines have risen from just under 2000 in 1836 to 600 in 1980 and around 2000 today. There are many young winegrowers who are rediscovering the area and creating great creations, and Julien is a pioneer, as well as one of the best
