🛁 It comes from the youngest vineyards located on clay-limestone soils. It is vinified in large wooden barrels. Unfiltered, with only 10 mg/l sulphur dioxide added at bottling. Fresh, juicy, with the typical violet notes of young Cabernet Franc.

The Breton family was born for wine, curiously enough here Cabernet Franc is called Breton, and they live in an old farmhouse with adjacent cellars and surrounded by nature: Vigne e Boschi.
The farm is right in the centre of the Bourguel-Benais-Restignè triangle and covers 11 hectares farmed in a natural way.
The grapes ferment spontaneously with native yeasts, but in different containers, depending on the soil they come from. Those from gravelly areas go into stainless steel, while those from clayey areas end up in old oak vats.
