🛁 It comes from approximately 55-year-old vines planted on soils rich in clay and silex. The grapes are crushed and immediately transferred to 400-litre wooden barrels of second and third passage. Pierre Rousses is a lieu-dit of the Vouvray appellation
👃🏻 A bombshell on the nose with various citrus and floral hints, then wax and flint, honey and hints almost of hydrocarbon.
👅 Very fresh but moderated by a light and pleasant residual sugar, savoury and persistent

The Breton family was born for wine, curiously enough here Cabernet Franc is called Breton, and they live in an old farmhouse with adjacent cellars and surrounded by nature: Vigne e Boschi.
The farm is right in the centre of the Bourguel-Benais-Restignè triangle and covers 11 hectares farmed in a natural way.
The grapes ferment spontaneously with native yeasts, but in different containers, depending on the soil they come from. Those from gravelly areas go into stainless steel, while those from clayey areas end up in old oak vats.
