Cesar is a grape found in this area of Burgundy since the Gallo-Roman era and has always been used as a blend to bring tannins to Pinot Noir. Delicate and subtle, wild strawberry and pomegranate.
Melon 2018
From one of the last vineyards in the area that produces this ancient grape variety (which in the Loire gave birth to Muscadet). Aged in stainless steel on the lees for 5 months. Fresh and direct nose, in the mouth memories of lime on a background of iodine notes. Try it with oysters and smoked fish.
Vezelay Clos Du 2018Chardonnay
Vin de négoce from Domaine de la Cadette under the Montanet-Thoden banner. An elegant, dry Chardonnay from northern Burgundy. Clean, mineral, apple peel and a smoky touch on the finish.

Vézelay, Burgundy
We are located in the south of Chablis, an area that was devastated by phylloxera, and unlike other areas, vines were not replanted here until 1970, with the Vezelay AOC only arriving in 1997.
Domaine de la Cadette is located in Vezelay, a small medieval village, almost halfway between Paris and Dijon. The territory is characterised by soils rich in chalk and limestone, which make the wines subtle and mineral.
It is an organic farm with vines that are about 30 years old.
