Saumur Champigny Terres Chaudes 2021 is a red wine produced by Thierry Germain of Domaine des Roches Neuves, in Saumur in the Loire Valley. Cabernet Franc grapes are used, vinified in cement and aged in large barrels. Domaine Des Roches Neuves was born thanks to the incredible tenacity and will of Thierry German who, originally from Bordeaux, moved to Saumur in the early 1990s where he met his mentor and spiritual father Charly Foucault of Clos Rougeard.

Thierry Germain was one of the 2.0 pioneers of the biodynamic movement in the entire area, and is now rightfully among the best biodynamic companies in all of France.

The Domaine offers many variations of the Saumur Champigny denomination, and the main grape variety is Cabernet Franc, but be careful, you could easily fall in love with an unusual wine, produced with Chenin Blanc, called the Insolite, the house white.
