Oh Yeah 2020Savagnin 100%

Savagnin Ouillé comes from a vineyard at an altitude of 300 metres lying on grey and blue marl. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, a small part of the mass macerates for about a week; maturation takes place partly in steel and then for 7 months in exhausted barrels. It is neither clarified nor filtered, no sulphur is added pre-bottling. Exotic notes of white and yellow flowers, spicy and mineral returns with a slightly hinted smokiness. Full and agile mouthfeel, fresh and full-bodied with a long finish

Silk Blue 2019, Poulsard 80%, Trousseau 20%

Indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, half of the mass undergoes carbonic maceration while the other half matures in exhausted wooden barrels for 6 months. A nose that to define it as complex would still be reductive, wild strawberries, raspberries and cherries then floral notes of violets, secondly a slight reduction then come spices, undergrowth and notes of wet earth. Very mineral! The sip is mouth-watering and juicy, fresh and delicate, the tannin is very polite, elegant and persistent on the grand finale

Go together Rouge 2019, Gamay 90%,Savagnin 10%

The 20% is pressed directly in steel, another 20% matures 7 months in exhausted barrels, the 60% macerates 4 weeks in Acacia. Autochthonous yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, clarification and added sulphur. Pot Pourri of dark petal flowers, red fruit jam, iodine note and spices such as black pepper and cinnamon. Fresh and decidedly light, excellent drinkability, polite tannin, savoury and persistent.

Arbois Go Together Blanc 2019, Melon de Bourgogne 90, Chardonnay and Savagnin 10%

The 30% of the mass is pressed directly in steel, the 40% macerates 4 weeks in Acacia, the remaining 30% matures 6 months in exhausted barrels. Autochthonous yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, without filtering, clarification or added sulphur. Flowers and field grass, fresh fruit and tropical fruit, mineral and spicy notes. Fresh and satisfying mouthfeel, light and elegant, savoury and with a long, round finish

Fresh Impressions Rouge 2020Gamay 90% Poulsard 10%

Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, the 20% of the mass does carbonic maceration, the 80% steel. No sulphur dioxide added nor filtrations or clarifications. Rose and violet, red fruits, underbrush and great minerality. Full-bodied, the great acidity balances the palate, the tannin is soft, the finish lingering

Patrice Beguet is a very young producer who founded Domaine Huges-Beguet in 2010.

The company consists of 4 hectares planted with Arbois and Arbois Pupillin where Savagnin is the most cultivated among the whites and Ploussard is among the reds.

His wines are incredibly mature, characterful and typical and are named after his passion for Jazz
