The grapes come from approximately 30-year-old vines, macerate for two weeks and then refine for 18 months in Burgundy wooden barrels

Rose and purple petals with hints of ripe berries, mineral and wet earth notes with woody and spicy notes

Fresh and dynamic sip, fine and light, the tannin is soft and the finish is long

Serving temperature 18°-20°

The company is the result of the meeting of two families: Jules and Suzanne Grivot, winemakers for 5 generations in Gatherer
and the Tardy family, winemakers of the Morin house in Nuits-Saint-Georges. René Tardy has led the company since 1978
together with his 2 sons, Jacques and Jöel and from that moment the Domaine took the name of René Tardy and Fils. The age
average of the vines is 30 years, but some of them such as those of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Gevrey Chambertin and
Pommard are over 50 years old. After fermentation, the wines are aged in Burgundy wooden barrels (228 litres).
