Elise is a member of the famous Dechannes family in Gyé-sur-Seine, in the heart of the renowned Ricey vineyards in the Aube department.
He trained at an academic level at the Reims Business School, but in 2008 he decided to give up everything, put aside a well-established banking career, and realize his dream.
She therefore decided to create a line of Champagne that resembled her, refined and elegant, with an entirely biodynamic approach.
