Elise is a member of the famous Dechannes family in Gyé-sur-Seine, in the heart of the renowned Ricey vineyards in the Aube department.
He trained academically at the Reims Business School, but in 2008 he decided to drop everything, put aside a well-established banking career, and realise his dream.
She then decided to create a Champagne line that resembled her, refined and elegant, with an entirely biodynamic approach.
