🛁 The two grapes are fermented separately for 4 weeks, with maceration on the skins. They then age in 1,200-litre oak barrels. The wine is bottled without filtration or clarification.
👃🏻 Decidedly fruity with declinations ranging from tropical fruit to citrus to peach and apricot. Wild flowers and minerality galore
👅 Fresh and full, very light, the tannin makes itself felt on the long finish
