Assentada 2018 x 2, 100% Trebbaino Toscano, aged in amphora and bottle. Organic and biodynamic vineyard management, expresses notes of white flowers, ripe fruit, and notes of resin. In the mouth it is fresh, mineral and persistent. Ideal for highly complex dishes.

Vinci (Fi)

We often like to say that after tasting the magnificent wines of this winery we will remember Vinci not only for the great Leonardo but also for a wonderful tasting.

The company consists of 4 hectares, with South-South West exposure, the first hectare, purely based on Trebbiano, dates back to 1972.

Subsequently, in 2003, another 3 hectares were added and include breeding of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Falzari is a biodynamic company, reign of Sergio, an art-loving producer. From Terracotta to Wine the step is much shorter than one might expect.
