Gioia del Colle Primitivo is a red wine produced by Fatalone in Gioia del Colle in Puglia. It is a very well-known wine obtained from 100% Primitivo grapes, which macerate for 2/3 weeks before being pressed and reinserted in steel for 12-month refinement with music therapy, and finally bottled for another 6 months. Floral and fruity on the nose, elegant and powerful in the mouth. The Primitivo in Gioia del Colle is unique for its carubba flavor and has an almond finish. Pairing: pickled lamb

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation carried out spontaneously with maceration in steel at a controlled temperature for 15-20 days. The refinement is one year in steel and 6 months in the bottle with music therapy to promote micro-oxygenation and full maturation. No clarification, stabilization or filtration.

The history of Cantina Fatalone is romantic, in every sense.
