Teres Primitivo is a rosé wine produced by Fatalone in Gioia del Colle in Puglia. It is obtained from Primitivo grapes which are gently pressed after a few hours of contact with the skins; spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and aging in steel. Floral and fruity scents on the nose, with hints of carob, on the palate it is fresh, savory and soft. A rosé that can be powerful but also delicate when paired with shellfish

  Primitivo is the only vine in the Mediterranean basin to provide a second harvest: the racemes, from which a less full-bodied fruit is obtained but with very intense fragrances, perfect for this Rosé, obtained from the must before pressing. Maceration for only 30 hours and fermentation in steel.

Pink and Violet, Red fruit such as cherry and berries, then mineral and balsamic notes

Fresh and agile sip, savory, the tannin is just hinted, pleasantly almondy on the finish

The history of Cantina Fatalone is romantic, in every sense.

Not only love for wine but also for women, and precisely for this last passion, Nicola Petrera, the future founder of the company, took the nickname of Fatalone, at the end of the eighteenth century.

Now, after 5 generations of winemakers, at the helm of the winery we find Pasquale, his great-grandson, who proposes an idea of ​​natural wine that respects the territory, characterized by marine fossils and breezes coming from the Adriatic and Ionian.

The wines benefit from strong temperature variations and manage to be full-bodied but of great freshness.
