🛁 The grapes come from predominantly clayey soil with a small amount of sandy soil, and are harvested by hand; half of them are then destemmed and pressed, while the other half is vinified in steel with whole bunches. They are destemmed in the press at 50% and vinified with whole bunches with 5 days of maceration for the other half. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place spontaneously, with minimal addition of sulphur dioxide before bottling.

Fattoria di Vaira is located on the green hills and the Adriatic Sea between Termoli and Vasto, where the 100 or more members produce wine, oil, cereals and cheese.
We can define it as an immense living organism, the largest farm in Molise and one of the largest biodynamic farms in Italy, with over 500 hectares, all Demeter certified, 40 of which are dedicated to vines.
Falanghina, Trebbiano, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are grown here under the supervision of Michele Lorenzetti, one of the most respected biodynamic consultants in Italy.
