Marsala, Sicily
Flavia and Giacomo are young and enterprising and represent the fourth generation of the Rallo family from Marsala. Their goal is to enhance the pure essence of wine and its nature through sustainable and non-invasive viticulture.
Flavia Rebellious Wines, which bears the name of the oenologist Flavia Rallo, was born with the need to give even more prestige to the native Sicilian vines through an unconventional and absolutely natural winemaking approach, producing wines that are the maximum expression of their terroir.
Sur Lie cloudy wines, neither clarified nor filtered. Real and lively wines with an exuberant, unique bouquet.
Flavia’s choice to produce natural wines organically without added additives and at very low cost
sulphite content, derives from the strong interest in the health of the planet and of every human and animal individual.
For Flavia, sustainability means reducing human intervention to a minimum in the various production phases, and has a dual function for the company: avoiding reaching high production levels that could stress the plant and producing genuine wines that embody the tradition of the territory.
Flavia Rebellious is the first company in the world to produce Etna wine in 1 liter format and also produces in the Marsala area.
