Furlani Metodo Interrotto Brut Nature 2019

Interrupted Method Brut Nature is a sparkling wine produced by the Furlani winery in Pove Trento, Trentino. The Chardonnay and Pinot  Noir grapes come from plots at 720 meters above sea level. After pressing, the grapes ferment in the bottle at spring temperatures without the addition of sulfur dioxide or dosage, where the wine remains for approximately two years before being marketed. Floral and fruity on the nose, fresh and savory on the palate, ideal to pair with fatty cheeses

  Pet Nat and Ancestral Method

Ancestral method, manual harvest with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and maceration for a few hours; the base wine ferments naturally and spontaneously in the bottle, without the addition of sulfur dioxide, dosage, filtration or clarification, and remains here for about two years before being marketed

Cantina Furlani is a company born about 20 years ago between Povo and Cognola, a stone’s throw from Trento. Young but already well-known in the world of natural wine, it extends over approximately 6 hectares of vineyards with plots that reach up to 720 meters above sea level, between the hills overlooking Trento and the slopes of Vigolana.

Furlani is a dynamic company that manages to combine tradition, craftsmanship and innovation, capable of producing simple and environmentally friendly wines, elegant and territorial, natural and with a strong personality.

Matteo is now at the helm of the company, the fourth generation of family winemakers, who has guided the company towards an ethical conversion to biodynamic.
