Furlani Metodo Interrotto Brut Nature Rosè 2019

Interrupted Method Brut Nature Rosè is a sparkling wine produced by the Furlani winery in Pove Trento, Trentino. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes come from plots at 720 meters above sea level, the former are pressed immediately, the latter macerate for two days on the skins with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. After pressing, the grapes ferment in the bottle at spring temperatures without the addition of sulfur dioxide or dosage, where the wine remains for approximately two years before being marketed.

  Pet Nat and Ancestral Method

Ancestral method, manual harvest with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and maceration of the Pinot Noir grapes for two days in steel, while the Chardonnay grapes are pressed immediately; the base wine ferments naturally and spontaneously in the bottle, without the addition of sulfur dioxide, dosage, filtration or clarification, and remains here for about two years before being marketed
