Furlani Rosso Venti 2019

Rosso Venti is a red wine produced by Cantina Furlani in Povo Trento, Trentino. It is obtained from Pavana della Valsugana and Turca grapes which come from plots at 720 meters above sea level, macerated for a week on the skins with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts, and aged for 6 months in steel. Bottled without the addition of sulfur dioxide, filtration and clarification. Pink and purple with hints of berries and earthy memories, it is fresh and almost salty in the mouth, very persistent. Ideal pairing for grilled meat

Cantina Furlani is a company born about 20 years ago between Povo and Cognola, a stone’s throw from Trento. Young but already well-known in the world of natural wine, it extends over approximately 6 hectares of vineyards with plots that reach up to 720 meters above sea level, between the hills overlooking Trento and the slopes of Vigolana.
