Furlani Sur Lie Alpino 2020

Sur Lie Alpino is a sparkling wine produced by the Furlani winery in Pove Trento, Trentino. The Verderbara, Lagarino bianco and Nosiola grapes come from plots at 720 meters above sea level, they macerate for a few hours on the skins with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. After pressing, the grapes ferment in the bottle at spring temperatures without the addition of sulfur dioxide, where they remain for approximately two years before being marketed. The nose is floral and fruity, the sip is easy and light. It is a thirst-quenching wine perfect in combination with fresh cheeses
