Sur Lie Alpino Rosso is a sparkling wine produced by the Furlani winery in Pove Trento, Trentino. The Pavana della Valsugana and Turca grapes come from plots at 720 meters above sea level, they macerate for a few hours on the skins with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. After pressing, the grapes ferment in the bottle at spring temperatures without the addition of sulfur dioxide, where they remain for approximately two years before being marketed. Fresh and tasty in the mouth, inebriating on the nose, it is ideal to accompany an extra large cold cuts platter
