Furlani Sur Lie Antico 2019

Sur Lie Antico is a sparkling wine produced by the Furlani winery in Pove Trento, Trentino. The Nosiola grapes come from plots at 720 meters above sea level, they macerate for about a week on the skins with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. After pressing, the grapes ferment in the bottle at spring temperatures without the addition of sulfur dioxide, where they remain for approximately two years before being marketed. The nose is reminiscent of hazelnut, it is citrusy, herbaceous and mineral, creamy and intense in the mouth. From Fish & Chips
