Furlani Sur Lie Macerato 2019

Sur Lie Macerato is a sparkling wine produced by the Furlani winery in Pove Trento, Trentino. The Pinot Grigio grapes come from plots at 720 meters above sea level, they macerate for two days on the skins with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. After pressing, the grapes ferment in the bottle at spring temperatures without the addition of sulfur dioxide, where they remain for approximately two years before being marketed. The nose is an explosion of berries and red petaled flowers, with hints of saffron, the sip is elegant and delicate. Try it with scampi cream risotto
