Furlani Sur Lie Rosato Frizzante 2019

Sur Lie Rosato Frizzante is a sparkling wine produced by the Furlani winery in Pove Trento, Trentino. The Pinot Noir grapes come from plots at 720 meters above sea level, they macerate for a few hours on the skins with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. After pressing, the grapes ferment in the bottle at spring temperatures without the addition of sulfur dioxide, where they remain for approximately two years before being marketed. On the nose hints of small berries and aromatic herbs, on tasting it denotes exuberance and finesse, ideal for a perfectly made prawn cocktail
