Rainbow Juice is a red wine produced by Gentle Folk in Adelaide Hills, Australia and made from a blend of no less than 23 different varieties. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration of the grapes for a few days, after pressing another two months in wood before bottling. 🛁 Blend of red and white estate grapes - not even one Gareth knows the name of - from Basket Range in the Adelaide Hills. All varieties are fermented with brief skin contact then pressed in wood to finish fermentation. After 4 months the wine is naturally stabilised for two months before bottling.

👃🏻 Wild on the nose with hints of small red fruits, dark petal flowers and undergrowth

👅 Really juicy on the palate, fresh and pleasant with a mineral instinct that's not bad.

👍🏻 Serving temperature 14°-16°.
