🛁 From a new 2019 vineyard that makes up for the loss of Sauvignon from Scary Gully: a Cottell family-owned 1.1ha block of relatively old vines in the beautiful Summertown /Ashton valley, a region that is home to many great vineyards. The northern aspect allows the fruit to fully ripen and leave behind many of Sauvignon's less desirable characters.

👅 Generous and full-bodied, deep with great character due to an important acid shoulder. Drinks in the park and on the beach during the summer.
