Rainbow Juice 2018blend of 23 grape varieties

A 'rainbow juice' made from a blend of 23 different varieties from different plots in the Basket Range and Forest Range. The grapes are co-fermented for a fortnight before undergoing a light pressing in old French barriques. After just 4 months in wood, the wine is stabilised for 2 months before bottling. A wild, pale red wine that conveys the Adelaide Hills in the glass with aromas of fresh raspberry and cinnamon; nimble sip, serve fresh but not cold.

Pinot Noir Village 2021

From a micro plot (only 2,400 bottles produced!!) of Scary Gully Vineyard in Forest Range at an altitude between 450 and 550 metres above sea level. Clayey and sandy soil, with shale and quartz. Whole cluster fermentation for about a week. Matured partly in used barriques and partly in steel. Strawberry, rhubarb and light spicy hints. Snappy taste, balanced between fruit and saline acidity.

Vin de Sofa 2021, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Gewurztraminer

From vines up to 90 years old located at an altitude of 600 metres on calcareous clay soil, the grapes ferment spontaneously together with indigenous yeasts and whole bunches, maceration lasts 5 weeks. Maturation in steel for at least 4 months. Lots of ripe berries on the nose with floral and herbal returns, balsamic and mineral. Fresh and juicy, with good body and extremely gentle tannins, long and slightly aromatic
