The grapes come from two parcels, Champ Fort in Mesnay and Côte de Feule in Pupillin, they ferment in contact with the skins for 8 months in steel. The refinement takes place in steel for 75% of the mass and in exhausted wood for the remaining 25%. Bottled without filtration or clarification

Patrice Beguet is a very young producer who founded Domaine Huges-Beguet in 2010.

The company consists of 4 hectares planted with Arbois and Arbois Pupillin in which Savagnin is the most cultivated among the whites and Ploussard is the most cultivated among the reds.

His wines are incredibly mature, full of character and typical and take their name from his passion for Jazz
