Ardea (Rome)
I Chicchi was founded in 2011, it can count on 2.5 hectares of land, one of which is abundant, planted with vines 2013 and cultivated with the Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and a small part to Grenache.
Thanks also to interesting encounters with pioneers of the calibre of Carlo Noro and Michele Lorenzetti in the vineyard we practice biodynamicsIt can increase soil fertility and create harmony and balance between plants, animals, insects and, of course, human beings.
The awareness is that of being able to raise the plants as if they were children, leaving a legacy of the quality of the terroir and the products obtained!
