Indigene Muscadet is a white wine produced by Clos des Treilles in Anjou, in the Loire, and obtained from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes – from shop – harvested manually. Direct pressing and vinification in steel, with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and refinement for 9 months, finally resting for another 3 months in the bottle. Indigene Muscadet plays on green and spicy notes on the nose, vegetal and floral, in the mouth it is slim and dynamic, fresh and very drinkable, to obviously be combined with shellfish
