It ferments in steel and matures for 16 months in large barrels (25hl). Bottled without clarification and filtration

Pot Purri of dark petaled flowers, black cherries and candied red fruits in general. Spicy hints and balsamic returns.

Despite its age it is in perfect shape, very rounded with a tannin that has now become manseto, elegant and mellow, long on the finish

“I was born here and have always lived here. I like to work wines in the Piedmontese tradition (in concrete and wood). Starting
of the white earth and the minerality of the soil, I try to make light wines. I like wines that are easy to drink, not banal,
possibly elegant, fresh, dynamic and crisp.”

Words and music by Fabrizio Iuli, one of the most inspired Piedmontese producers; the direction
