Barat 2020, Barat 100%

Only cement for Fabrizio Iuli's debut in the white universe. The Baratuciat, a Piedmontese variety that is practically abandoned, takes the stage. The grapes come from a vineyard facing north on clay and limestone soil at 250 m above sea level. Harvested the first week of September, they ferment spontaneously and very slowly (until the beginning of February) after a night in the cold and then stay 12 months in cement. No clarification or filtration. The color is very beautiful, a luminous yellow with almost grey reflections. The bouquet is halfway between certain Rieslings and Chablis and is the prelude to a bold acidic-savory profile that is perfectly integrated with juiciness. From a forgotten indigenous vine, a wine that you don't expect and that surprises.

Natalin 2018, Grignolino 100%

It ferments and ages in cement, "as my grandfather and then my father used to do", Fabrizio says. Bottled in spring with the right moon to preserve the tannin of the Grignolino and a nice juiciness that exudes youth and flavor. An autochthonous Piedmontese wine of great value that in the right hands always reserves great surprises and this is exactly the case.

Flush 2017Barbera 100%

Fermented in steel and matured for 16 months in large casks (25 hl). Bottled without clarification or filtration. Redness is the colour it leaves on the cheeks after drinking it. It is a fine, elegant wine of excellent drinkability, created expressly with the idea of carrying out the Piedmontese tradition of Barbera at its best.

Malidea 2018Nebbiolo 100%

Maceration that ranges from 21 to 31 days, fermented in cement where malolactic fermentation also takes place; it then spends 16 months in large casks, before refining for a further 6 months in the bottle. It does not undergo filtration or clarification. 4500 copies

The Rina 2020, Slarina 100%

Slarina is one of the oldest indigenous vines of Monferrato. Over the years it has been at risk of extinction due to its low grape/must yield. The old people used to say: "Slarina doesn't fill the vat". The crushed and destemmed grapes are fermented in stainless steel in contact with the skins for about 10 days. It is then aged in cement for six months. Fresh and savory with caressing tannins. 10.5% of alcohol for a compulsively drinkable wine.

Nino 2018Pinot Noir 100%

Fermented in steel and matured for 14 months in barrels of different ages. Bottled without clarification or filtration. Excellent expression of Pinot Noir in Italy. Red fruit, cocoa, great minerality. "I always thought I wanted to make a Pinot Noir, because I am a fan of Burgundy wines. In '99 I accepted the challenge with myself and tried to make Pinot Noir in Monferrato, planting one hectare of vineyard.
