Red wine

From calcareous clay soil, maceration for 20 days in cement with the native yeasts of Iuli, spontaneous fermentation and subsequent refinement, again in cement, for 11 months, then 3 months in the bottle. It is neither filtered nor clarified

Lots of red fruits and hints of dark, slightly peppery petaled flowers.

Immediate and slender wine, fresh with barely perceptible tannin.

“I was born here and have always lived here. I like to work wines in the Piedmontese tradition (in concrete and wood). Starting
of the white earth and the minerality of the soil, I try to make light wines. I like wines that are easy to drink, not banal,
possibly elegant, fresh, dynamic and crisp.”

Words and music by Fabrizio Iuli, one of the most inspired Piedmontese producers; the direction
