Tikka is a red wine made from Grenache and Syrah from Jauma in McLaren Vale. The grapes come from a vineyard without irrigation in Clarendon and the wine makes only steel, with no additives, clarification or filtration. Juicy red fruit and heady floral notes on the nose, it is very fresh in the mouth with a chocolatey aftertaste. A sympathetic wine that can be paired with roasted porcini mushrooms
