Le uve provengono da una piccola vigna a Meursault su terreno argilloso, vengono pressate in maniera soffice poi barriques e tonneaux di almeno secondo passaggio per la fermentazione alcolica e malolattica. Matura un anno negli stessi contenitori. Naso vivo e vibrante con le note di frutta bianca che si integrano perfettamente a quelle marine. Bocca fine e delicata guidata da ricordi di lime e burro. Floreale con frutta bianca tendente al maturo e sentori esotici come il lime, spezie dolci, note iodate e minerali. L’assaggio è delicato e burroso sul finale, fresco e di corpo medio

La passion for wine prompted Jean Marie to leave his job as an advertising executive in Paris to become a wine producer.
He did so by purchasing 1.5 hectares in Meursault in 1999 and starting in 2004 to produce wines of great character, of which the Petit Tetou (The stubborn little one), featured in this box, is emblematic of this.
