The grapes come from a small vineyard in Meursault on clay soil, are softly pressed then barriques and tonneaux of at least second passage for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. It matures one year in the same containers. Lively and vibrant nose with white fruit notes that perfectly complement the marine ones. Fine and delicate mouthfeel led by hints of lime and butter. Floral with white fruit tending to ripe and exotic hints of lime, sweet spices, iodine and mineral notes. The taste is delicate and buttery on the finish, fresh and medium-bodied

Nondegu 2020Pinot Noir

The grapes come from old vines that have been certified organic for 4 years and are located in Aluze, near Santenay. Vinification in steel vats, then 12 months in barrels and finally six months in tanks. About 2000 bottles produced. Floral with hints of berries and undergrowth, mushroomy return and mineral and herbaceous notes, just hinted at Black Pepper and Cinnamon.
