  Grande Champagne that ages on wooden yeasts for 60 months, the dosage is only 2 g/l.

The nose opens with pot pourri of white and dark flowers, then comes the fruit: Apricot, Currant and Quince, closing with mineral sensations of chalk.

In the mouth it is enveloping, direct and reveals a delicious juicy body. It’s a very creamy and persistent bubble

The history of the Maison officially starts in 1968 thanks to Jean Paul and the first labeled bottle, but Jean Paul is only the fifth generation of family winemakers, who for over a century had sold the grapes to the great Maisons.

It is based in Verzy, the home of Pinot Noir, less than 20km from Reims. The company, which can count on some vineyards classified as Grand Cru, represents the tradition of the area’s winemakers who lived in symbiosis with the land and the vineyards, respecting the environment even before themselves.

Very traditional style, with a pleasantly oxidative nose and a rich, fatty mouth. These Champagnes have a great character, one of a kind.
